1. Blizzard - Donny Gill.

If I exaust a character in response to his effect do I still have to move that character

2. Can You Chain reinforcement.

e.g. MY Opponent is attacking a character I control, He plays a plot twist to Exhaust a character next to my defender. Can I Exhaust that character to reinforce the one being attacked as a response to the plot twist being played.

Yes to both.

Blizzard doesn't say to Exhaust target ready character, so it can be any character that he chooses. It tries to do all of the things it says, meaning first exhausting a character, or at least trying, then moving that character to a different position.

Reinforcement can be used any time during the attack. In response to any move he or you make, you can exhaust your character to give reinforcement. A smarter move would have been to exhaust and then attack, if possible.
Bobby
Yep to both.

Sorry to highjack your topic bob, but rather than making a new topic I thought I'd just ask here...

If I have the Helm of Nabu already equipped to a character, can I equip another one to someone else and KO the first one? Or does the "Unique" trait disallow it?
DarkJason
I think you should start your own topic for this completely unrelated question.

The point of unique is that if you recruit something that is unique, and it already exists on your board, it KO's. Same with equipment. Unique does not stop you equipping. It says that this piece of equipment follows the uniqueness rule which normal non-army characters and locations have by default.
