Gorilla Grodd, Simian Mastermind is the only reason GLOCK beats my deck. I need a way to stop him taking my 4 drop on turn 6. A card that exhausts their 5 drop before the combat phase or negates a payment power or anything that will stop Gorilla Grodd from activating his effect. A card that can be splashed would be great. Tell me there is a card out there that can help me. I thought I hated Titians, but GLOCK is twice as annoying.

Entangle.
But you need the init for it to work

He doesn't need the inititive for Entangle. He just needs the 6 drop and a card to discard. Entangle works perfectly (unless you want to stop him stealing your 6 on turn 7, cause Entangle won't help there).

Utility belt, Fatality, Mystic Paralysis, Banished to the anti-matter universe. the list is pretty endless.
- Anything that negates a payment power
- Anything that forces a player to change there formation
- Anything that allows you to exaughst a character

Thanks for the suggestions, not much which is splashable. Entangle is the best, or if I run Gorilla Grodd then I can steal my 4 drop back. Its more important then the 5 drop.
Bobby: I'm not releasing the info on this deck until it beats GLOCK a few times.

Polaris 4-drop (X-Men team) makes your opponent's characters lose flight and range at the start of your attack step, effectively hosing Cover Fire.

WOOT ! Go Polaris, I knew one day she would do more than just combo with Archangel. That's why I gotto find a way around Gorilla Grodd, he can steal her before her effect kicks in. I could always use Rogue 6 drop to KO Gorilla, but by this point I have lost Polaris.

Unearthed Name is right. Except you'd have to splash Chomin (or team-up with Arkham and use Blackgate Prison) to get Polaris stunned first to "piper-uppercut" back.
Alternatives.
1. Team-up with Avengers, when they go to Grodd your Polaris use Chaos Magic to make them steal Hank Pym <> Yellowjacket instead. Or use Walk Through Walls.
2. Project Liberator.
3. Leech, Inhibitor.
4. Team-up with JLA, when they go to Grodd your Polaris use Ray Palmer <> The Atom to negate the effect.
5. Turn 6, when they go to Grodd your Polaris crack a Genosha and then use Fatality, Emerald Assassin's ability to negate the effect.
6. Team-up with Spider-Friends, when they go to Grodd your Polaris negate it with Nice Try!
7. KO all your other characters and flip Star of the Show.
8. Team-up with Squadron Supreme and use AIDA.
9. Team-up with Marvel Knights, play a piece of equipment, KO the equipment with Quentin Carnival to negate the Grodd effect.

Team-up with Marvel Knights, flip Quentin Carnival to attach an equipment, flip up another Quentin Carnival to negate the effect. Everyone's a winner!

KO'ing your opponents 5-drop on turn 5 is another way of stopping Grodd from wrecking Polaris 4.
Alternatively, you could team up X-men with Brotherhood and League of Assassins and on turn 5 recruit Post, stunning himself, then "Dual Nature" it another Polaris 4-drop into play. No way your GLOCK playing opponent could possibly deal with 2 Lorna Danes! (This also works with a 5-drop with Evasion, either Spider-Friends or Morlocks with League of Assassins)
