With the number of PCQ's around Australia and the $10K event feeding as well, there will be potentially a large number of Australians that will be able to go, qualification-wise to this PC.

If anyone is interested in going and wants to hook up with others that may also be going, post here. If anyone has any info re flights, accommodation, etc, post here too.

Dates are December 2nd to 5th and location appears to be Anaheim

As said before i am 75% sure i am going at this stage. I prefer to stay in hostels because quite frankly i find that my sort of extra-curricular activities are best supplied there. I would have to fly alone because i get cheap flights from QANTAS but have to go standby. I would be looking to have a day either side to stuff around. California is great fun!

As mentioned, I'd be interested, pending qualification (why did I give up the slot!), and I'd say I'd be about 50%

Though I think I'd rather go the hotel route (even if a cheapo - there's heaps of Super 8's in the States and such). I don't mind Canberra Backpackers and such, but I reckon that's quite nice in the relative scheme of hostel establishments.

count me in dudes, if you dont mind me tagging along that is, i'd luv to get a quote for the whole trip though i.e. flight, accom, so i can budget.

san diego is located on the western seaboard of the states, south of los angeles, near the border with new mexico(?). it is california's second largest city, and united states's seventh!

Never been to Disneyland - seems overrated. But I'd prefer if it were in San Fran, at least I have interest in going there.

yeah we'll be out of practice, and we'll still bash Brisabane. Unlike in Football (which you also suck at) there is no home field advantage. Now when the 10k event hits Brisbane and all the Sydney VS players migrate up there, you'll see a reckoning... hold on to your hats folks, daddys home
