There doesn't seem to be many going around at the moment so I would love to here what you guys have come up with

The one that I am working with at the moment is Flame Trap+Total Anarchy this destroyes sentinals. It is wonderful to see the look of a sentinals player when on turn 4 you flip flame trap. What makes it better is when you flip total anarchy.......oh yeah!
When you play the 4 drop doom and flip FLame Trap face down they usually conceed *insert manicial laugh here*

I know I've been pimping it for ages and ages, but Josef Witschi + good discard would be brutal. It's the only effect I know of that can put you ahead of your opponent for resources. The only problem is that it's a one trick pony ... do it once and your opponent will not flip locations.

I know it's only cute, but I like smacking with Catwoman after pumping her ... with Tim Drake - Robin. Sweet, sweet card advantage. Shame there's so many ways to get around BEL.

One of the things that kind of appeals about Vs is that most combos are disruptable. It breaks up the whole "yeah, yeah, yeah ... you do whatever you like over there, I'm busy assembling my game ending combo over here" lack of interaction.
Psyclic
Speaking of game ending combos.
There is the Xaviers Dream+Political Preasure combo

I do agree though the thing I like about Vs. is that if you want to win you have to attack. No character-less decks!!!!

This combo is bomba licious..

it involves Foil Malaq... then on the 20th turn you flip all your resourses and he becomes 21/1 beatdown machine... can't beat that....

another cool one is the whole Dr Light 9th turn boost with a Marvel team-up to return all your dudes from your KO pile to play... it involves taking the odd initiative, and then after discarding all your dooms the turn previously you "bidding" back all your dooms. The unique rule only checks when a character is played from hand... weeeeeeeeeeeeee

That a fact?!?
Cool.
I don't know anything about Dr Light, does this make sense from a flavour point of view? I mean, can Dr Ligth create light-based versions of other characters (which would explain having more than one)?
If so, then that's really cool.
Turn 9 is a long, long, long way in the distance, though, isn't it?
Cool Zero
so is turn 20 Malaq... get the hint wink.gif

Would make a good multi-player deck as those games frequently go to turn 10

* hint hits me in the face *
Ahhhhhhh ... now I get it.
Cradle of Fish
I got one, The New Brotherhood + a whole bunch of cheap Brotherhood Characters.

I dont think VS is a very combolicsious came compared to magic, because its more based around dudes beating the shizzat out of each other.
Cool Zero
That's part of the appeal of VS. The closest you get to combos in VS so far is Doom Gamma bomb lock

For those of you not in the know

Play doom 8 drop flipping down gamma bomb, attack with doom, returning reconstruction progam, gamma bomb, return 8 drop doom with reconstruction program play doom flipping gamma bomb... etc... theres a flaw there because when your not on the attack you can't return the recon soo...

or easier with avalon spacestation
TheCrimsonScribe
Why hasn't anyone mentioned the ever so populat Xavier's Dream + Phoenix Force + Avalon combo?

Surely a 3 turn combo that starts going off on turn 8 is some good?
Firelord
how about

marvel team up/kelly/school - or longshot/school - niceeeee

i also like - wayne manor/gone but not forgottens/gcpd officers
Wizardboyiq
well there's also this combo deck (well almost ) called the rigged election??

methinks we gonna see plenty of those in the 10k this weekend...oh god!!!

have a blast...50 bucks for ur have a blast....!
Ike E Bear
Yes, I'd like to once again thank Paslaria and Psyclic for lending me HaB! for tomorrow ... I couldn't have viably played my deck without them.
HaB! = Best Card at the Moment
