Dr. Tzin Tzin:
I like to play out my games, but when this bad boy hits the table you just can't afford to attack. You just have to scoop if he hits the table - then bash your friend for slipping him into your deck, followed by bashing yourself for playing loa.

They are still pulling your leg, Ra's.
Brokeness is a funny concept. I don't think good = broken. Heck, I don't even think very good = broken.
A lot of people (particularly newer players) look at the higher cost characters and think their power is broken ... but in reality they are not.
I consider broken to be anything that unbalances or detrimentally effects the metagame.
Effects that are most likely to be broken, I think, involve readying. Cosmic Radiation, Teen Titans Go! and even Press the Attack all have the potential to be broken.
I think the power to stun outside the attack step (think Roy Harper <> Arsenal and Terra) have the potential to be broken.
Obviously Overload was shown up to be a problem, mainly because it unbalanced the metagame (off-curve combat strategies were nerfed by it and it allow Curve Sentinels to lord it over almost every other curve deck).
There are tonnes of others, but those are a selection.

No hassles.
Just back on topic, though, I think any card that seriously bends or breaks the normal rules of the game can potentially be broken, which is a shorter version of what I was trying to say above.
Cheers.

The only cards that I think are broken are ones that seriously allow you to go outside the normal rules such as being able to get extra characters onto the field (Dr Light, both versions) or those that allow you to stun without being in an attack Roy, Terra, Search and Destroy.
I guess this is why Teen Titans are so utterly broken!

I think nimrod is the broken beater - he is almost two guys for the one recruit, your turn results on either spending your hand (if you have the goods), or ending up with more stunned characters than your opponent.

bastion makes the world of sentinals go around. thats what makes a sentinal deck. and thats why in every tournament at least 5 out of 8 top 8ers run sentinels.
