Not being entirely in the mood for a draft last night, I instead bought my usual 4 packs of DC and summarily busted them open and had a look at what I'd opened.

With the opened packs sitting on the table in front of my I remembered Ike's sealed deck challenge and figured that I'd offer my own. So I promptly put the cards back in their respective backs so that I could type them up thismorning.

it seems an obvious team up between gotham knights and obviously teen titans as you have 2 of one of the most powerful dudes in the entire set.. Garth.

just reading it over again this card pool is absolutly retard... if you lose any games you should be shot or be beaten by an ass draw toi their insane draw... other wise keep practicing cause this is retarded

Kyle Abbot is a great splash though. On 5-7 drops he can get you out of a pinch quite well. I like your build Scott, but I'd try to run the Pantha (1) instead of another GCPD HQ to try and get the team-up working easier. Last thing you want to see is a loyalty screw involving Tempest.

Also TheCrimsonScribe, you cracked f-ing nuts packs. 2 Tempests? You've already won, dude.

It's a shame these were just randomly cracked packs and not actually for a sealed deck....

There's practically no three drops, unless you splash Kyle Abbot, but otherwise this is an excellent pool ... as others have said.
I generally agreed with Scott's deck list, although I'd squeeze Pantha in, as Like suggested.
I especially can't agree more with Scott's comments regarding Mr Freeze.
Hey, Cool Zero is pimping for a character called Mr Freeze ... that's kind of funny.
Anyway, it seems from this and the card pool I opened that sealed deck come together very easily and naturally.
Are there any stories out there of some agonising decision? Like, "Should I go Inmates or League of Assassins as my second team?", kind of thing.

Yes, yes it is, but seeing as this isn't "real" what does it matter if I bought 1 less pack than I should of.

I believe it is 4 still until the next Pro Circuit season (some few months away). I'm pretty sure the upcoming PCQ's are 4 booster - but again might have to check with Zantides to be sure
